Everything you need to know about Corro.
Corro connects to Apple Health, reads your real data (sleep, heart rate, activity, and more), and explains it in plain English — calm answers from your actual numbers, never a lecture.
During setup, Corro asks for Apple Health permissions. Grant access to the categories you want (workouts, steps, sleep, etc.). You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings → Health → Corro.
If you skipped this step, go to Settings → Apple Health → Reconnect Apple Health in the app.
Corro reads workouts, steps, active calories, sleep, heart rate, HRV, VO2 Max, weight, body composition, blood pressure, blood glucose, and nutrition data — only from Apple Health, and only with your permission. Corro never writes data back to Apple Health.

Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export My Data. This creates a JSON file with all your health summaries, workouts, chat history, and consent records.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete All My Data. This permanently removes your account, health data, chat history, and all associated records. This action cannot be undone.
This means the specific metric you asked about hasn't been synced from Apple Health. Make sure the relevant category (sleep, HRV, workouts, etc.) has permission granted and that your device or wearable is recording that data.
